Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Electron and Delta.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery within mainland UK is currently FREE OF CHARGE if your order value is over £50.00, otherwise a charge of £2.50 is made.

Delivery within the Republic Ireland is dependant on the total order value.
Up to £50 is charged at £10.
Above £50, but less than £150, is charged at £15.
From £150 and above is charged at £30.

Note that destinations are restricted to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, however we will consider other destinations with prior arrangement - email us at assistant@bigshoesdirect.co.uk should you wish to discuss this further.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to fulfil U.K orders within 7 working days. For overseas orders we advise 14 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

Back Orders

All products are subject to availabilty. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date.

Tax Charges

The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase.
