Shoesdirect are delighted to be able to accept vouchers from Shoe Vouchers Ltd as a valid form of payment against footwear.

Shoe Vouchers are generally provided by companies for their staff to help them buy footwear for work or as part of company reward schemes.

The process is very straight forward, you simply browse our website and add your choice of footwear to the shopping basket. When you reach the cashier stage you select "Shoe Voucher" as the payment method, and the resultant receipt page and confirmation email will explain that you will then be invoiced. You simply return the invoice along with the vouchers/payment, and upon receipt we send out the footwear.

Sometimes vouchers are restricted by the issuer to a particular style of footwear, for example to meet uniform specification. If your voucher is restricted the style of shoes required will be described on the front of the voucher. We can only supply shoes that match that description.

Vouchers are accepted as either full or part-payment of an item of footwear. No change is given or credit made on any part used voucher. Where a voucher is used towards the cost of an item, but does not cover the full amount of the product the difference can be made up with a cheque (made payable to Shoesdirect Ltd), or by credit/debit card.
